My journey has taken me from the fast-paced energy of Chicago to the wide-open spaces of Texas, but I've learned that the "spin" follows us wherever we go. Whether it's the pressure of school and social media or the heavy demands of adult life, we often get stuck in a Cold Blue.

Cold Blue is that frozen, numb survival mode where you're just going through the motions. It's the result of the constant toil and spin — that frantic, circular effort of trying to perform, provide, and protect yourself by your own strength until you simply have nothing left.

The Great Physician created this sanctuary for you because we weren't meant to live on "high alert." We were designed to be the Little Flock (Luke 12:32) — precious, protected, and loved by a Father who doesn't ask us to perform.

My mission is to help you lower your monitors. When you're always scanning for the next problem or judgment, you can't breathe. This is your place to turn down the world's volume so you can hear your own heart again.
